21 & 22 June, just before the Superyacht Cup, the fifth issue of this event will take place in Palma de Mallorca. It will bring together industry leaders for networking and debate. The Future of Superyachts focuses on legal, financial, tax, crewing, registration and build and design issues, and tends to attract an international audience of senior yacht executives.

Entries are now being accepted for this year’s Superyacht Cup in Palma and already more than a dozen yachts have registered. The event will take place June 23rd - 26th in the same central Palma location as in 2009. Fraser Yachts signed a contract for the construction of a new Proteksan-Turquoise 72.6m (238′) motor yacht was signed at the beginning of February.
Fraser Yachts’s Nabil El Jammal in London and Stuart Larsen in Fort Lauderdale worked in close partnership to bring this sale to a successful conclusion.

At the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in Australia (May 20-23 2010) Riviera will announce the release of its new 43 ft open flybridge model with Volvo Penta IPS. Riviera explains that the model features a comfortable, sea-kindly hull and, with this creation, hopes to present a modern methodology that will progress flybridge boat design into a new generation of boat enjoyment.
